23 Hàng Gai street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi
The Little Hanoi restaurant opened in 1994, the low-lit space has a French influence, with a cushy wooden theme creating a nice atmosphere to enjoy an afternoon meal or an evening drink. The Little Hanoi restaurant serves as a good workspace as well, with a relatively quiet crowd, some tables beside electric outlets and comfortable seating to warrant spending a few hours in the same spot.
The menu is a mix of Vietnamese and Western, with tasty options on either end – the sandwiches and burgers are definite recommendations. The cocktails are decent and come evening a gin and tonic or beer goes down well in the cozy environment.
