La Verticale Hanoi also has a spacious roof terrace with comfortable armchairs and excellent views across downtown Hanoi, French Quarter, and Hoan Kiem Lake.
La Verticale’s menu is Corlou’s take on the best fusion combinations of his native French cuisine, and that of Vietnam, his adopted home.
La Verticale Hanoi’s ground floor hosts a stylish spice shop that resembles an apothecary, where you can find an array of bottled spices such as peppercorns, wild pepper, cinnamon, star anise, turmeric, and aged nuoc cham sauce. While the price range here is much higher compared to most restaurants in Hanoi, La Verticale’s excellent food-and-beverage offerings, romantic ambience.

J’étais au Vietnam en novembre 2022. Comme à chaque retour je dîne chez Mme Hien.
Je me suis retrouvée devant un jardin et une bâtisse abandonnés. Des passants m’ont informée : covid. Quel dommage !
Dites moi si Mme Hien est irrémédiablement fermée … quelle tristesse.

Il y a des info sur internet comme quoi votre restaurant “la verticale” serait définitivement fermé.Pouvez vous m’en dire plus je serai à Hanoi en Décembre et j’aimerais tant diner chez vous.
